1. What is Caseteec?
Caseteec is a premium phone case brand offering stylish, protective, and high-quality cases designed to fit perfectly and last long.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from trusted production partners worldwide. Your order will always be fulfilled at the closest facility to reduce delivery time.
3. How long does shipping take?
US: 2–5 business days
UK & EU: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
(Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.)
4. I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?
Check the status of your order in the tracking system to see the status of your parcel.
If the parcel has reached your country, you can contact your local postal office for more information.
Only business days are counted towards the total shipping time. Production of your order doesn't account for the shipping period, so the delivery timeframe can be longer than expected.
Example:
- You made an order on March 1st, Friday.
- Processing your order will take 1-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- In case the shipment gets lost shipping provider has up to 10 additional business days to find the parcel.
Your maximum estimated delivery time is March 29th, Friday.
If the maximum time has elapsed and the status is unclear, contact us.
5. How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
7. Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?
Most of our cases are wireless-charging friendly. If any design isn’t, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
